Consider Alternative Hair Removal Methods: If shaving frequently leads to ingrown hairs, you might try waxing, laser hair removal, or using an epilator, which can result in fewer ingrown hairs by removing hair from the root.

This will help lift the hair a little and providing you have sterile tweezers you may be able to lift the hair to remove.
Don't Pick at Ingrown Hairs: Picking or scratching at ingrown hairs can lead to infection or scarring. If necessary, use sterilized tweezers to gently tease the hair out if it's visible on the surface.
